Pilates for Office Bodies

Prolonged sitting at a desk can often lead to chronic ailments. In this 6-week class series, Kait will emphasize shoulder placement, core strength and posture using the Wunda chair and stability balls. Kait will teach you how to un-do the damage chronic sitting has done!
